Took me a while to get into the map. Did 30 min 'hard' and 15 min 'easy'. Problem was that I am a bit tired physically (leg shape etc) so on the 'hard' part I was fighting a bit physically to try to get the speed / effort up rather than being focused on my orienteering process. Direction was / is mostly OK but often not in control of map reading so I get caught out on control entries. I would like to train here more and practice being ahead of myself. Cool terrain.
