This did not feel particularly good, getting a bit tired of night orienteering, mentally drained, quite a few mistakes and not easily able to focus but some positives. I seem to be relocating a bit faster at night now, am in control enough to avoid getting dragged into any wrong forkings, I go to the control features (no reflecs at onsdagsnatt & in the autumn I was often a bit blasé about actually going to my control features). Mentally tired but physically I felt alright. Since I was making some mistakes it became a bit of a fartlek physically. Overall quite easy effort (i2 average) sometimes i3+ on uphills.
