Night week training #7 :) Quite rough in the forested sections with steep muddy banks and thorns in places but glad I stuck in and finished the course :) Legs feeling tired from yesterday's intervals and strength. Night week has been really fun. I hope I can achieve a Norwegian Night Week in the future!
