Threw up before the start so was feeling pretty empty. Got around, I suppose. Got there eventually - quite a few lapses in concentration but generally pretty alright technically.

Early start mean that though quite an alright run, my time got mashed by some of the other guys running in the faster, more tracked up stuff later on. Second finisher haha. Good fun laaaks

JWOC sprint - 24th.

Pretty good off the start running well through to the spectator control. After that though made a few dodgy routes and missed a control meaning I had to go back to it but ahh well eh. Not quite as high as I wanted but still, top 25 so can't complain!!

Quite an interesting race - I wasnt very good technically, but equally neither were a lot of the other guys! Lost about 4-5mins but very happy to be top 30. Awful around 3/4 and on the long leg after the run through and again on the final control (though most people made this mistake, looks like i lost more time than most). Fun and happy.

Really cool, really fun. What a mad race. That said - could have some back top 30 till I completely blew #10 with my group - just missed it by 5m and then it all goes wrong. Lost about 5mins. (and the rest was just running with slower guys! I almost nailed it...)

Ahh mistakes made this slower than I wanted - lost time on 5,6,8,9,11,15 and 16.
Mostly on 6 and 16 though :(

Otherwise seemed alright - i need to trust myself more as most of the time I'm almost right then I lose confidence and then it all goes really wrong!

Started well, lost about 20s to #4, little high, lost almost a minute to #4, eyes not open and thought I was further left than I actually was. Relatively good (if a bit slow and sluggish) over the next few controls and the at #10 it all went wrong with me losing a load of time (4mins?). Was good and on line but lost how far I'd run on the slope... Completely panicked and lost it. Ahh well. From here on I died and lost a lot of time, notably at 11,12,13, 20 and #21. A couple of good controls in there, #16 was alright and I was pretty happy with #17. Slooooooooow.

Stopped for the toilet on the way to #3, lost a lot of time to #5 trying not to scare all the horses and then being slow AF up the hill... interesting from then on, feeling slow and not being fast enough through crap.

Veldig bra!! Ran pretty well. Small mistakes earlier on, a bigger one to #9 and a smaller one to #27 - other than that pretty clean and very fast!!
