Shaky start. Easy in the open. Big mistakes on 8 (1:00) & 9 (1:30) due to poor plans / lack of plans. Tried to fight a bit and had quite a good section from 11 to 16 but then the course turned uphill and I got really negative and ambivalent. Overall a relatively joyless experience.
