satisfied with my run. Just a small mistake attacking the 4th control + slight deviation at the 15th.

Happy with my race after a disappointing middle distance... Could have saved some seconds on the first leg + lost a bit here and there (2nd, 7th, 17th, 18th).

The ground was rocky and sometimes hard to run especially north of the map, the slopes were quite steep at some point and the heatwave made it a tough (short) long distance to run! But I really enjoyed every bit of the race :)

It was a bit hard to adapt to a terrain different from the one I had been running in for the past 3 months but managed to find a kind of flow in the middle of the race.

+35" loss on the 2nd control.
+10" on the 13th.

A parte de la 11 en la cual he fallado 15 segundos, el resto lo he hecho bien. Se podía simplificar mucho en las zonas detalladas yendo con rumbo ya que la visibilidad era muy buena.

He disfrutado mucho de esta carrera :)

Only missed some seconds on the 11th control (not more than 15" I think). The rest went pretty well, the good visibility made it quite easy actually.

Good race with good feeling except 8th and 9th...

8th: didn't understand the vegetation around the control and missed quite a lot of time.
9th: upset by my previous mistake I didn't look carefully enough at my compass... and crossed the big track without noticing/seeing it.

+: I managed to focus again after my two mistakes and pushed physically to the end.

Same terrains for next week's Spanish Champs!! Looking forward :)

Nice terrain, the green was not that green actually. Quite good visibility. One mistake at control numer 2, but the rest went pretty well.

1st Svetlana Mironova 58:56.

Was 2nd at spectator control, in the lead at the 12th control. + 10' at the end.

What happened ? Lost 1' on the 13th leg. +3' on the 17th (held the map upside down...) Guess I started too fast and/or was not focus enough in the butterfly. One more mistake at the end, +1'20 at 26th control.

The first loops were easy and pretty fast but it was a good move from the course setter ;) I liked the dunes even though it was hard to run because of the sand.

Middle distance WRE. 4th place. Svetlana Mironova 34:53.

1st: 45" loss
4-5: bad route choice, was faster on the left side of the hill. + 40"
15-16: faster straight + lost a bit in the circle. + 40"
18-19: +10".

Interesting course, I really enjoyed it.

-: Still have to work on long route choices...

Speed was okay.

pretty bad start with a 2 minute loss on the 2nd control, got a bit stressed and missed the 3rd control as well. The rest went okay, focused on compass. I really enjoyed the terrain! perfect organisation as always in Porgual :)

Nice race in spite of the too many annoying spiky bushes all over the map :) Ran in short-sleeved tee shirt and almost needed sun glasses to see the controls, what else could you ask for?!

Quite okay run except I completely desconnected on my way to the 8th control, lost 2 minutes there.

HE: 6,3km. Running time: 53'.
