My aim was to have a clear plan for each leg but in hindsight I realise most of my plans weren't as clear as they should have been! On some legs trying to simplify seemed to compromise my map contact and so I wasn't always able to avoid the crags, steep slopes etc which slowed me down. The best parts were when I was anticipating what I should see ahead so I think I should continue to focus on that in future trainings. Quite pleased to complete the whole course, even if it took me a very long time!
